How ordering works
You place the order
Pick delivery or collection at checkout. Your items are held for you the moment the order goes in.
We confirm the stock
Someone at the Eros store checks the bottles are on the shelf and accepts your order. You get an email either way — for delivery it carries how to pay: banking details for EFT, or a secure pay link for card.
You pay, then it’s yours
Delivery goes out once your EFT reflects or your card payment clears. Collection is paid by card or cash at the counter. You must be 18 or over — we check ID at handover.
